Joseph Bell is a unique voice in VFX, Animation and Post Production, equally at home in the board room and on the production floor. His track record of delivering enduring results in the industry spans a diverse range of business situations over the past 20 years, from startups to rapid growth, turnarounds and sustaining the success of established businesses. 

Joseph has worked at some of the most respected names in the field, including Industrial Light & Magic/ Lucasfilm, FuseFX, and The Mill / Technicolor. He has built and led award-winning teams in feature films, television, advertising, as well as in experience and branded content. 

An accomplished Executive Producer, Joseph secured tens of millions of dollars of new business from A-list Hollywood clients. As COO and Managing Director, he drove highly visible creative services businesses and business units in the $50M - $100M range. He has partnered with successful founders, corporate leaders, and investors to bring their businesses to the next level.  

Joseph is a graduate of UCLA Anderson School of Management, the National University of Singapore Business School, and USC School of Cinematic Arts. He has over 70 film and television credits, and has been nominated for two Emmys for his work in visual effects. A US-UK dual citizen, Joseph lives in California with his wife and two children.
